Tresaith is a sheltered, small and sandy resort beach within the Cardigan Bay special area of conservation. The clean, golden sands and presence of lifeguards make Tresaith a popular choice for families. Further attractions include impressive wildlife walks, rock pools, a café and shops. One of the most appealing and certainly most unusual features of this spot is the spectacular waterfall as the River Saith tumbles over the cliff and onto the beach below.

Tresaith is recommended in the Marine Conservation Society Good Beach Guide (UK) and has a Seaside Award (UK).
